The Cisco Repair Had The Used Parts I Needed
I received a faxed copy of the cisco repair company’s parts sheet. It had all the prices of parts they had in stock that were used and new. I knew that I could not afford to pay for new ones, so I focused on the side that had the used cisco parts on it. The guy that works downstairs at the electronics store told me that if I got him all the parts on the list, that he could fix my system and get me back up and running by the end of the week.
When the server went down this morning, it seemed to have caused a chain reaction to lots of other equipment in the office. I had to send most of my staff home to work, because they were not getting much accomplished here where their resources were very limited.
I only had about five thousand dollars in the office account, and the kid from downstairs thought that these things might run me about four thousand brand new. This would be the reason for looking into the used cisco side of the price sheet. I called them back to place the order and they had everything I needed in stock. I saved about sixty percent with going with used parts.
