The last few office supply orders that I have placed and had delivered from the discount office furniture store have been wrong. It seems like they can get the furniture order correct but not the office supply order. If the office supply order is right, then they have forgotten a piece of furniture or given us the wrong one.

I have called and talked to the manager both times that this has happened and he has promised that it will not happen again. So, they gave me their word and it happened again and now I am thinking that they have just tied my hands. I really like them and their prices but there is no way that I can continue to do business with any kind of company that is so unprofessional. I will call in and discuss the matter with the manager and if he tries and makes me promises that he obviously cannot keep, then I am done with them. If he is smart enough to start checking the orders himself and I have no more trouble with the office supplies and the discount office furniture then I will stay with them. One more slip up and they are done, I will stress that to him and make sure that he understands.
