The Xlerator Hand Dryers Salesman Was Good
The salesman who tried to sell me the Xlerator hand dryers and the waterless urinals was really good. In fact, had he not given up when he did, I would have probably ordered the Xlerator hand dryers and at least one of the waterless urinals for when we redo the restrooms next year. I guess that I would have just stored them in my basement or the garage till we were ready for them.
The next time that he comes in, I am going to have to run in the back and hide. I have never had trouble saying no to any salesman who enters my restaurant before and this was a first and hopefully a last. At first, he just asked me some questions on what I thought people who use my restrooms would like to see and I agreed with him that the new faster Xlerator hand dryers are nice and that saving money on a waterless urinals would be nice and before long he had me talking just like him on how great his products are.
I told my business partner all about the really convincing sales man and he just laughed. He had already met him and was having a hard time telling him no, so he had sent him to me since he thought that I could handle him better.
