Cleaning and Design Goes Hand in Hand
I was recently hired to be the maintenance head of a building. They have given me the gigantic task of maintaining the cleanliness of this 10-year old building which has five floors. Prior to my appointment of this duty, I was already given a warning that I could not quit for a year regardless how bad the situation is. I took it in a stride thinking it is normal for them to say that because it’s not easy to hire a new one given the situation now. I am an experienced maintenance manager. I am asset to their company. And their company is an asset to me as well. But when I saw the situation of the building during my first on-site visit, I thought first of a commercial pressure washing service. I thought the building’s exterior was a prelude to what I will see inside but what I saw inside was not really worse with what I saw outside. I immediately contacted this online company that my colleague recommended. I just needed to jumpstart the cleanliness of the building and from there we can arrange the staff to do it.
I was impressed with their pressure washing that I had to make a contract with them to do the cleaning as the need arises. It was a joy seeing their employees enjoy their job. Their cleaning was perfect for that building. I was impressed and so was my boss, the C.E.O.
