Renovate Foreclosed Homes Easy As One - Two - Three
We recently purchased a house, a foreclosed property. We did not have enough time to check it personally so we entrusted the realtor to do everything for us. But the first time my mom saw it in pictures, she knew it was the house she wanted to purchase. But as for the rest of us in the family, we’re kind of skeptical about seeing it in pictures only but all of us were too busy to check it out so even before we could see it, my mom already bought it and had my dad signed the check for payment. There’s nothing we could do. Our first visit proved us right. But my mom still have high hopes for the house. She reasoned out that to renovate foreclosed homes is where the fun comes in. We just have to trust her motherly instincts.
She was the one who made calls to the property maintenance company. She arranged the schedule with them. She also made some few trips with the manager for site inspection. We just trusted her all the way the same way she trusted her realtor to look for a house. A few months passed, she just said that we check the house before we can move in anytime. Still skeptical with how things were done. This time, we were proven wrong. It was a 100% turnaround from the first time we visited the property. And it was really ready to welcome us. The house just really needed some major renovation and it is all okay already.
